I'm going to the Massimo.
It's not just my business name, it's my life philosophy.
For more than 7 years I have been working in the field of hamburger, always offering customers new dishes. The desire to seek seasonal and premium quality raw materials, the passion and love for this work are stronger today than ever. For these reasons I decided to put my experience on four wheels and take it to as many places as possible, far and near, but not only: I firmly believe that the world of catering is changing and the food truck represents my answer to all this.
In the kitchen I think of the tastiest combinations, those that can strike the palate of all customers.
I think of the dishes in the smallest details, the latest trends and I think of the seasonality of raw materials.
Then I put everything in the bread, which, for me, is exactly like a dish, with the difference that you can (indeed, must) eat.
